A MAN was rushed to a hospital after a snake bit his penis while he was relieving himself in a toilet, according to hospital officials in Israel.

The man, 35, of northern Israel was bitten on Friday after the snake suddenly appeared from inside the toilet.

The man suffered minor injuries from the bite; fortunately the snake was not venomous.

Rescue workers responded to the scene and took the man to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, where he received medical treatment, reports Your Jewish News.

An examination revealed the snake was not poisonous.

A deaf and blind man hanged himself in grief after his wife died of a sudden heart attack, a coroner has decided.

Stewart Timms, 63, and his wife Valerie, 68, who was deaf and dumb, had been a loving and devoted couple who dedicated themselves to helping each other with their disabilities.

But after Mrs Timms died in the bedroom of their home in Andoversford in Gloucestershire - her husband hanged himself a few feet away, deputy Gloucestershire coroner David Dooley concluded.

Mr Dooley ruled that Mr Timms, a cabinet maker, committed suicide and that Mrs Timms, a retired housekeeper, had died of natural causes.
The couple had two children and eight grandchildren.

Their bodies, both dressed in nightwear, were found on June 16 this year after their daughter Emma Scott, of Blockley, Gloucestershire, went to visit.

They had last been seen alive two to three days before the discovery.

Agbofa Yao Hateka, the 47-year-old fetish priest who fathered nine kids with his biological daughter, has been sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment in hard labor by the Sogakofe Circuit Court.

Before the judge, Nene Mate-Teye, sentenced the convict on Friday, Yao Hateka pleaded with the court to pardon him and make him sign a bond.

He also requested to be permitted to kneel before the court to beg the judge and promise not to repeat the offence; but the court refused.
