Nepalese man named shortest ever in history

Well according to the Guinness book of records, Chandra Bahadur Dangi, 72, earned the title of the shortest man ever in history with a height of 54.6 centimeters (21.5 inches)and since the previous one we posted is just 18yrs old, Mr Dangi happens to take the record
