Nicole Scherzinger struggles to maintain her modesty in a daring dress at premiere

She was understandably keen to stand out at the premiere of her first movie.
But it looks like Nicole Scherzinger should perhaps have practised walking down stairs in the daring dress she wore to last night's premiere of Men In Black 3.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer opted for an eye-catching black Cengiz Abazoglu dress which had a very long thigh-high split as she posed up for photographers at the event in London's Leicester Square.

Whoops! Nicole was helped down the steps by boyfriend Lewis Hamilton as she attempted to maintain her modesty by holding down the other side of the dress

As Nicole arrived at the premiere on the arm of her race driver boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, she had to walk down a small flight of stairs to get into the cinema.
However, Nicole clearly hadn't factored the obstacle into her outfit considerations, and revealed a bit too much as she attempted to elegantly descend.

Quickly realising her error, Nicole held down the side of her dress so as to not flash any more than she wanted to.

How do we fix it? One of Nicole's entourage tried to help her with the gown, while the singer revealed a bit too much

Guided by her man, Nicole carefully got down the stairs where she was met by one of her entourage, who helped her with the stunning, if slightly difficult, gown.
Not only did she shows off her slender legs in the daring ensemble but the top half of the dress consisted of a sheer panelled corset with woven tubes and peplum detail.
She teamed the satin dress with peep-toe Giuseppe Zanotti high heels, bright red lips and had her hair styled into a voluminous look on top of her head.

In demand: Nicole and Lewis were more than happy to pose up to photographers ahead of the screening

While the former Pussycat Doll looked amazing her beau Lewis didn't look too shabby himself and he proved to be the perfect escort to help celebrate Nicole's big day.
Lewis stepped out in a light grey suit and a with a checked shirt and a grey tie.
He told reporters: 'I'm so proud of Nicole, she has worked so hard in her career and it was great to go and see her in action.'

'I'm just really proud and looking forward to seeing her in more films.'
This isn't the first time Nicole has stolen the spotlight from her co-stars at the premiere in Germany on Monday the singer commanded attention in a figure-hugging purple Herve L. Leroux dress.
Nicole takes on the role of bad girl Lilly Poison in the latest film in the franchise, a sidekick to Jemaine Clement's Boris.

Star of the show: Will Smith, who plays the lead role in the film arrived beaming and waved happily to fans

Team GB: Will also posed up with Olympic hopefuls who he had met earlier in the day Drew Sullivan, Perri Shakes-Drayton Yamile Aldama and Anthony Joshua

Keeping style simple: While Will opted for a grey suit his co-star Emma Thompson looked elegant in a monochrome ensemble 

The former X Factor USA judge wasn't the only female star to step out in black, Alice Eve - who plays a young Agent Oh - also opted for a dark look in an Antonio Berardi cocktail dress.
Will Smith, the star of the film, arrived beaming and ready to greet his fans.
Unlike his female co-stars Will had opted for a checked grey Tom Ford suit which he teamed with a spotted patterned shirt and a purple tie.

Will arrived solo on the carpet, with his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith and daughter Willow both in Cannes for the film festival.

But he didn't pose up for pictures alone and was reunited with Team GB Olympic hopefuls who he had met earlier in the day.
