Jessica Simpson Sells Baby Photos for $800,000, Launches Maternity Clothing Lin

Fashion Star advisor Jessica Simpson gave birth to her daughter Maxwell on May 1, but she must have been working on her maternity wear for months because it just launched Monday.
This line marks the 24th category of fashion products in the Jessica Simpson Collection. The singer didn’t have to sing a single note to make millions from her shoe, apparel, accessories and jewelry lines, predicted to earn $1 billion by year’s end.
There are photos of her maternity collection on People.com. Interestingly, the mag has also worked out a deal for Simpson’s first baby photos. The first photos of Maxwell were sold for $800,000, Women’s Wear Daily reports; not anywhere close to the $14 million Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made for twins Vivienne and Knox Jolie-Pitt made.
